Your privacy is important to us. We only need your necessary information of full name, address, phone number and passport number with expiry date if payment via credit card. We guarantee that we never pass your private information to any third party who is not our provider selected to fullfil your request of  services.

BOOKING YOUR VACATION
Choosing your vacation:
Everyone has different tastes and needs, if you are not sure what to choose or would like some advice, just contact us, our experienced staff will be able to help you to choose a right vacation.
We can change any of descriptions of services, facilities or prices at any time on this website. In case there should be any change, we will tell you before your booking is confirmed.

Booking / Reservation:
* Before booking you should read through the program, the terms and conditions set out. We also recommend that you should contact us to check the updated information about the vacation you have chosen.

* When you send us your booking of tour or any travel services, we will start to book the hotels, domestic flights and related services.
- If the hotel selected was fully booked, we will find the similar hotel class with notice. We will confirm hotel room category for your booking.
Single room for one people using: this is a room with a double bed or two single beds but for one person using. This is the supplement that single travelers have to pay.
Twin / Double room for two people sharing: Twin room is a room with two single beds but some hotels or categories may offer double room only, Double room is a room with a double bed. We cannot guarantee either. However, if you want a double room or twin room, please request clearly when you book and we will try our best.
Triple room for three people sharing: this is a Twin or Double room with an extra bed. However, the extra bed will generally be of a roll-away type and can make a room feel crowded. In some hotels, an extra bed can only be added to a double-bedded room, not a twin-bedded room, so if three people are sharing a triple room, two people may have to share a double bed.
Family room: this is a large apartment with living room, kitchenette, and two or three beds.
- For international flights in and out Vietnam, we suggest you to arrange by yourself because you always have a better price than booking from Vietnam .
- You should need a Visa to Vietnam, please contact us for Visa approval procedure or contact your Vietnam Embassy or Consulate in your country.
- About transportation, we always provide the new model car or minibus with air conditions, professtional driver and tour guide. Boat cruise arranged in Halong Bay, Mekong Delta or others are in good condition, equiped life vest in case emergency.
- Meals are always arranged at the local restaurant, not at the hotel that you are staying, we will reserve only the meals at your hotel upon on your request or at remote area when it doesnâ??t have good local restaurant.

* When you book your tour, you must fill in and sign our booking form. We will need your full name for hotels booking and arrival time and flight number to Vietnam for picking up at the airport.

* The person who signs the booking form is the â??lead nameâ?ť. He or she must be over 18 and is responsible for payment of the total tour cost (including the tour cost for all others on the booking form).  

* If you have any special request, we and relevant suppliers will try to help you, but we cannot guarantee any request unless it is noted/confirmed on our Final Confirmation Invoice.

* We will send you a Tour Confirmation when we can confirm your request of vacation; however, it is automatically cancelled without notice within 7 days if we have not yet received your deposit.
Next, we will send you a Confirmation Invoice after receiving your deposit. On the invoice, please pay particular attention to the deadline for final payments as we may cancel your tour if you do not make your final payment on time. If we do this, we will keep your deposit to cover our administrative cost.
Finally, we will send you a Final Confirmation Invoice after receiving your full payment.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:
When you book your tour, you will be asked to pay a deposit as 30% of total tour cost by bank transfer within 7 days after receiving our Tour Confirmation. After having deposited or paid, please send us a copy in order that we could quickly speed up your booking. The balance will be settled by credit card or cash on your arrival to Vietnam.

Visa Card, JCB Card, Master Card and American Express are acceptable.  However, a bank charge shall be levied around 4% of the total amount depends on kind of card.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL:
Changes you make before travel:
If you want to change any of your tour arrangements, please contact us immediately and we do all we can to help you. Note that any change to dates of travel cannot be made less than 2 weeks before departure without incurring cancellation charges. If the changed arrangements are more expensive than those originally booked, you must also pay the price difference.

Name changes before travel:
For tour including domestic flights within Vietnam or international flights from Vietnam to Asia countries, please note that it is considered as a new reservation and subject to space being available or not. If name changes once tickets have been issued, you have to pay any cost the airline passes to us.

Cancellation by you:
You must give notice to cancel in writing and the charges shown below will be applied from the date we receive the notice. If any person cancels and you cannot fill that personâ??s place, you may have to pay an extra charge for your accommodation (if twin share) or an extra charge for decrease of number of person of your group.
Cancellation charge for tour including domestic/international flights: once tickets have been issued, the cancellation charge will be applied on the cost the airline passes to us.
Cancellation charge for tour including train tickets, once tickets have been issued, 100% cancellation charges will be applied, regardless of the period of notification.

Changes or Cancellations made by us before travel:
If we cancel your vacation or you cancel it because you wonâ??t accept a significant change that we make, you will not be entitled to any compensation when:
* You have not paid your final payment on time.
* You have refused to accept a reasonable alternative (equivalent alternative)
* The holiday is not suitable for you.
If we make any significant change to your holiday after you have already left, you must accept any reasonable alternative because we may be forced to impose some changes or factors beyond our control.
A significant change is one which any reasonable person thinks would materially affect your vacation.
We do not pay any compensation or accept any liability with circumstances outside our control as follows: war or threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, bad weather conditions or any other similar event.

YOUR VACATION:
* Accommodation
Check-in: hotel rooms are not generally available until around 3pm on the day you check in. Please note that when you register, some hotels will ask you for an imprint of your credit card to cover any personal extras. If you do not have a credit card they may ask for some cash for deposit.

Check-out: many flights home leave late in the evening and the check-out time for most hotels is between 11 am and 12 noon on the last day. This may mean that you can not check into your room straight away when you arrive. It also means that when you leave, you will have to check out for a long time before you leave the airport. We can arrange a day room for you to use (if one is available) that you must pay the hotel for.
Views: rooms described as having a sea, river, pool or city view may not have full sea, river, pool or city views because of trees, plants or building blocking the view.

* Your Complaints
If you have a problem or you are not satisfied in any way with any aspect of your vacation, you must complain immediately. In particular, you must speak to our local tour guide, local travel agent and the hotel, cruise company, transport company, others â?? as soon as possible. If they are not available or you are not satisfied with their response, you must contact with our Duty Manager on 84 (0)91 374 5959 straight away.  We are ready to try our best to solve your problem.
Besides, all claims must be submitted in writing within 15 days after the end of the services with related evidences, or otherwise shall naturally be void. Your claim will be handled within 15 days as of the receipt and compensations for the complained services shall be made if it is proven that we were at fault.

* Disabled Clients and Medical Problems
We do not specialize in travel for the disabled and unfortunately, most hotels and airlines are not well-equipped for disabled holidaymakers. As a result of this, please let us know if you suffer from a serious medical condition or physical disability before you book. We cannot give you individual help with walking, eating or other personal needs. If you need help, you must take someone with you who can take care of your needs. However, we will ask you to fill in a questionnaire so we can check if we can meet your needs.

* In case of injury and illness
If you do suffer any injury and illness during your vacation, and you canâ??t continue with your tour arrangements, we will do our best to cancel them and refund your money for the rest of your tour. However, we cannot guarantee to refund all the amount of the rest of your vacation, as it depends on our local travel agent, hotel, cruise company, transport company, and others â??
